ONE-ON-ONE LIFESTYLE & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PLAN

This is a 20 weeks program that involves a step by step approach towards healthy lifestyle changes. We consider people lifestyle and individual differences when creating a fitness program for them. It requires that we meet with the client once a week to chat, assist, teach, motivate, and provide support and guidance needed to make a complete lifestyle change. We take the client through 20 topics on lifestyle and weight management treating one topic each week.
