The catechins in oolong and green tea increase your metabolism and help reduce body fat, according to studies published in “Obesity” and “Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine.” When you drink these teas regularly, you can improve your weight loss and flatten your stomach.
  8. Do not eat heavy or late night meals.
Do not eat three hours before your bed time. Your metabolism slows down at night and eating heavy late meals will pack on the pounds

It flushes out toxins from the body and can serve as the perfect drink at sunrise as it helps the digestive system and makes eliminating of waste products from the body easier.
