Our meal plans consists of healthy, delicious and easy to prepare recipes and its made up of whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds , healthy fat, low fat dairy/dairy alternatives, limited amount of lean meat, high fruits and vegetables that are very affordable and easily accessible.

HEALTHY DETOX PLAN

Detoxification can make your skin glow, improve digestion and increase your energy level. It is also a quick way to lose accumulated pounds. However, it is not a quick fix for weight loss. A detox plan also helps jump start your weight loss if you intend to start one. Our healthy detox meal plan is easy to follow and will give an amazing result without making you feel dizzy or light headed. You can choose to detox for about 3 to 10 days. However, we recommend a 3-7days detox.

WEIGHTLOSS PLAN

Our weight loss meal plan consists of mainly whole foods. Our body processes natural foods better and faster than processed foods hence limiting fat storage. The success of most weight loss journeys are typically determined by the type of meals you eat, quantity and time of consumption. Our meal plan contains tasty, easily adjustable and easily preparable meals with the added advantage of food being prepared in their healthiest form
this ensures that the feeling of deprivation is minimal or none existent so that you do not starve while on your weight loss journey.
